How your podcast can bring new clients to your business
We all know that for people to buy from you they need to know, like and trust you. We’ve heard this so many times!
Podcasting is a great way to build trust
With a podcast, you’re literally talking directly into your ideal listener’s ears whilst they’re doing their daily tasks such as walking the dog, washing up or commuting to work.
After a while, they’ll feel like they really know you. They’ll know your voice, your personality and, if your podcast is related to your business, how you work.
Podcasts are evergreen
Yes, you can do Instagram lives, but people miss them, and after some time, your Instagram Live gets pushed to the bottom of their feed and your ideal client may completely miss it!
With a podcast your episodes are always there! Your content is evergreen and will never disappear. And, if you title your episodes correctly, you can easily be found by those searching for a particular subject that you covered in an episode.
Consistency builds trust
If you’re consistent, they’ll begin to rely on you and trust you.
In your podcast, talk about the things that you teach your clients. If you’re a Coach, they’ll feel like you’re their coach already!
If you’re using your podcast to promote your business, your listeners may not be able to afford to use your services straight away. But after listening to your episodes, and when they’re ready to buy, they’re more likely to come to you, as you’ve already built that bond and connection with them.
Encourage your listeners to book a call
In your call to action at the end of your episodes, you could keep telling your listeners to book a call with you. After a while, they may just do that!
